Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981, is a model and actor who has been featured in a variety of television shows and films. Having started her acting career with The New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her next role playing Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has been featured on a variety of TV series during the past 10 years. This includes Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. In 2016, Brandt has played the character of Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in the city of Cape Town in South African. The family moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she reached her late teens. Her professional career began when she was a model in print and commercial ads. Prior to when she became a successful model she worked as a salesperson working in retail and an IT recruitment consultant. In 2009, she was cast as a character on an New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. in 2021, her debut role in the spotlight was as Naevia the slave girl on the Starz series Spartacus Blood and Sand. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena She reprised her role as Naevia. She co-starred with the actor Craig Parker in three different TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). Her first role was Mazikeen the demon that seeks bounty on Netflix's hit show Lucifer. She has played her the most significant role to this point. The show features her co-starring alongside Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
