Denise Lee Richards was an American actress and model. She was a part of the reality TV show "Denise Richards It's Complicated" in which she played Debra in the comedy series Mountain State. Her other credits include being in a variety of films, for example, 'The Word Is Not Enough', "Wild Things', Starship Troopers" and "Love Actually", to name a few. Her birthplace was in Downers Grove, Illinois, with a telephone engineer father and a coffee shop owner mother. Richards grew up with her family in Downers Grove and Mokena alongside her younger sister Michelle. El Camino High School in Downers Grove North High School was her education. After her high school graduation She began her career as a fashion model. She was a model in some of the most famous cities, including Paris, Tokyo, New York as well as did photo shoots and advertising. Later, she branched out into acting too. A passionate animal lover, Richards is a part of several organizations that provide for the protection of animals. She has also raised her pet and dog for several years.
